All our shirts are quality tested at several stages but if you find any fault with your shirt then we will send you a replacement. If your shirt does not fit then also send it back and we will send you another size free of charge. The return address is shown on the delivery note /Invoice General terms and conditions
No contract will exist between you and My Shirt Shop Ltd until we have accepted your order and sent it to you. No payment will be taken until the order has been dispatched.
By placing an order with My Shirt Shop Ltd , you undertake that your order is for your personal and non-commercial use only.
My Shirt Shop’s total liability for any claim, however arising, shall not exceed the value of goods supplied by My Shirt Shop Ltd to the customer. My Shirt Shop Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
Non-sale goods purchased via the My Shirt Shop site can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange within one month of the date of dispatch. Sale goods are coveredby our 14-day guarantee. If you require further information please see our Returns section
Items in the Clearance section are already heavily discounted and cannot be bought in conjunction with any other offer.
For stock purposes, each item requested constitutes an individual order. We will always attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment. Due to stock and packaging requirements, orders may be shipped over several days and in more than one package.
